It will take place in the DNREC/ Division of Fish & Wildlife Auditorium in the Richardson & Robbins building at 89 Kings Highway in Dover starting at 8 AM sharp. Please try to arrive about 7:45 to allow time for signing in. Food and drink are not allowed in the auditorium. There will be a short break for lunch. Please bring something to write with. The course should be over around 4PM.
There is plenty of parking in the rear of the building but you will have to walk around the building to get into the auditorium. The entrance to the DNREC parking lot is the traffic light next to the Post Office on Loockerman Street in Dover.
