I hope F&W monitors/enforces all the guidlines listed in the program.
Something to ask and get answers in the upcoming public meetings - When and how do they physically/onsite monitor farmers in the program.
How do they know IF a farmer is allowing a NON family member/employee to hunt. This is all great for farmers in need of the harvest program BUT can also be like letting the fox run wild in the chicken coup.
