To me the spike and the doe look young and probally could be twins. But, what do I know, they are still great looking deer to me. Coangrats on both of them! I dream about a day when we can shoot 2 or more in a season.

My uncle took another spike which I actually think was his twin. Their racks looked exactly the same.

Yeah, I thought that as soon as I wrote it! But they were 100% identical. We were joking about it all the way home. I seriously thought I had shot a big doe (big for that part of NJ), and was gettign ready to field dress him when I spotted the "rack".
