Nice job... They'll sure taste good.
I shot a spike identical to that w/ the bow last year. They aged mine @ 1.5 years. I kept the horns as a keepsake for the smallest buck shot out of all of our crew last year.

Two deer in one day is a great feeling, no matter doe, buck, young, old.

Thanks again... I did feel like 100%, especially since I went into this hunt not really expecting anything. I have the "antlers" in my freezer, trying to figure out what I want to do with them. I might paint them or something.. do something funny with them!

Ft. Dix has an early, 1 week season. It's over now until Dec.

I turned at Emmons to get to my spot on Dix. Lots of guys in that area cause they like to stay away from the admin buildings on base and the areas which close more frequently.
