The night before season...
#1
This will be my first season deer hunting and it starts tomorrow morning. It feels like the night before christmas to me. Is this normal? Hopefully I'll get some sleep tonight.
It snowed today in the Watertown area and melted away. Was absolutlymiserable today with rain, snow & sleet. The forcasters are calling for a decent day tomorrow compared totoday. The starsare out tonight and thedeer should be moving in the morning. I can't wait.

Didn't end up seeing any deer today at all. I did see some cardinals, a mouse/mole, a squirrel, chipmunk and a rabbit. Good to be out for the first time. The certain spot I went out in should be better in the evening as I've seen many deer go out into the fields next to where my stand is. We'll try'er out again tonight.
