Clearfield is pretty close to St.Mary's isn't it? I have 100 acres of land just outside St Marys close to Weedville. I haven't had the chance to hunt coyotes out there but my grandparents live just below the hunting camp property and say they have them comming right into the yard at night. They have a big light in the yard that stays on all night they see deer, bear, elk and all types of critters in their yard pretty regularly.

I am not sure of the surrounding area - but St Mary's is pretty close to Duboise
and to answer your question - there are quite a few elk around they are back and forth through our property an a pretty regular schedule.

Last I heard, was just over 51 pounds, I don't think they did as good this year because of all the wind!!!
