I've spent about 20 hours in a tree so far in WV, and if it's not raining, the wind is roaring. I've only had 4 deer in bow range so far.

Whoever's in charge of the weather....could you put in for some cool windless weather for this coming weekend? I'd appreciate it! LOL

BTW...I did see a decent buck (big 6 or small 8) running the heck out of a couple does. That's a good sign!

I just did an old indian dance in my office, chant and all, for hunting weather this weekend for ya. I spilled my coffee, but it's worth the effort if you get that cold, crunchy leaf weather you've been desiring.

I'm going down in about three hours to hunt this afternoon and tomorrow with a friend of mine. This will be my first time toting a bow this year!

Good luck! I scheduled vacation to coincide with what was forecasted at decent weather. It will be a little warmer than they originally forecasted, but it beats the 60's and 70's I endured through most of my bow hunt outings over the last few years!

I've had some decent hunting weather. Just hoping for the first frost.
