Did the NRA goof on MD race?
The NRA is making no endorsement for the Maryland Governor race? I just received my copy of American Hunter and in the corner of the front cover it states "Governor- No Endorsement".
I know I'll be on the phone first thing in the morning.

Wirehair,
i had not seen that one. it seems their are a lot of endorsement/non-endorsements going around, first Cas Taylor, then Helton and now Baker.
i have a copy of a letter (official NRA letterhead) signed by Greg Costa that endorses EJ Pipkin.
i also have a letter that quotes the Tripwire in supporting Pipkin.
what gives with the AGC recommendation of Walter Baker?
i think that some organizing needs to take place on all of our parts.

That is surprising. I would think they'd endorse Ehrlich, but I think he has spoken of supporting trigger locks or something so he has a chance of being elected. Whatever the case, a vote for Townsend is a vote against the second ammendment.

I finally got a chance to talk to a rep at NRA. The reason no one got endorsed is because they only select candidates that score a "B+" or better on the surveys. Ehrlich scored a B and Townsend received an F.
