VA is a "right to carry" state..Next to impossible to be legal in MD, I don't personally know of anyone holding a MD CCP.
JS, if that's what it takes then so be it, I'm going bowhunting..Did VA shut down it's hunting? As you can see this idiot just moved out of the area and struck again..Let's shut down a 3 state area. Would that work?
