Default NJ Blackpowder deer

Nice doe I took tonight in south Jersey, shot with a White Mountain Carbine in 50cal. Picture isn't great but I was alone and had to use the timer on my Digital camera...

way to go! she looks like a good one. my brother got one on monday in zone 21. after all those clubs doing there drives im surprised there even moving in the daylight hours in my part of south jeresy.

I hear you LO, this one was zone 23.... I have seen three bucks though this week, a nice 8 or 10 which I missed, and two spikes which I let go, so at least some of them survived the assault. (shotgun season).

Congrats on those kills guys. I took a nice fat doe, 118 dressed, on Monday afternoon. Heard ALOT of shots too.

Hunted Zone 2 on Friday afternoonthe 30th and only saw turkeys from the stand. On the way out saw about 4 yearlings in our oat patch and then at least 40+ deer on some very posted property way off the road.

Sniper, I live in Voorhees right now, but grew up in Blue Anchor (Winslow) and still hunt down near nesco/batsto...

November 28th 2005 was the opener for the smokepole for most of NJ. I was hunting zone 4, at 7:50am I took a 9 pointer with a 17-1/2" spread, he scored 101-2/8", not bad for public land. If I knew how to post a picture I would
