OK I'll try that. Thanks guys. I am surprised to see others that hunted that same land.
How have you guys done in the past on the late muzzleloader season there? I've been out then but never saw anything.

Ive never hunted the areas you are talking about but ive tromped every inch of state land east of the cheasapeake bay. Ive killed a few off of state land including my first buck with the bow. it seemed that after the first day of rifle it was all over tho. people just dont have no respect at all. I would stay out of the woods during rifle because there was no use. after rifle id return.

With 7 Saturdays in a row of hunters shooting at deer with guns, hunters like me - who hunt deer EXCLUSIVELY with a bow - are having a tough time. It's my decision so I accept the difficulties that accompany it. I haven't seen any deer around my stands during hunting hours the last few weeks. The super loud, crunchy snow is still alerting deer well before you get there and yesterday I chased out a bunch of them bedded near the area I wanted to hunt. Dang snow!
