I'd go with UA, with a pair of sweatpants, then my camo pants.
On top, the UA shirt may be enough, if you have a really heavy coat. If your coat is thinner, a sweatshirt should do it.
All bow season, I got by wearing only the UA (cold gear)top & bottom, my fleece jacket,my camo pants, a pair of UA heavy Armourblock moisture-wicking socks, and my Alpha Burlys.
If the temps are sub-30, I'd advise adding just a layer of sweats. If you're anything like me, your toes will be the first to get cold anyway.

UA is a gimmick.. all it does is keep the moisture off of you.. if you plan on sitting long hours and freezing cold weather, you should wear a few more layers. I wear fleece pants, long johns and my scent lock insulated (not thick) pants and I am good to about 10* for a couple hours before running to the truck like a baby

I agree with Quicksilver you will need to add a few layers on top of your UA. I have good cold weather pants and jacket, I usually just wear my UA a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt and my camo cold weather gear. Salty is partially correct as well, UA's primary job is to keep you dry. It doesnt matter how good your cold weather gear is, if you sweat your @$$ off on the way to the stand when that moisture evaporates it will take your body heat with it. The UA removes the moisture from your skin to the outside of the garmet, keeping you dry inturn helping you stay warm. When its cold I never leave home without my UA, most of my hunting areas require a lengthy hike, without my UA I get cold quick, with it I can sit all day long in some very cold weather.
