Yep! If you want a doe tag you have to mail in an application begining on a certain date for a certain Wildlife Management Unit and hope you draw one....they may not be availvable though since residents get first crack at it.

As far as I know David...that is it unless you are picked to get an Elk tag then you have to pay an additional fee for the tag.
