It looks like a non resident pays $101 plus $26 for an archery stamp? Is that all there is to it?
Yep! If you want a doe tag you have to mail in an application begining on a certain date for a certain Wildlife Management Unit and hope you draw one....they may not be availvable though since residents get first crack at it.
