Georgia Hunting Licenses

RE: Georgia Hunting Licenses
Yep, it is not good, especially for non-residents. Tags and Fees going up all over the country. It is amazing the resentment that non-resident hunters garner from viewing the posts on blogs and other web sites. Everywhere you look, people are saying "why raise the resident fees, need to raise the non-resident fees." People just don't realize the economic impact that non-resident hunters bring into a lot of these rural areas. They are cutting the hand that feeds them.

It's not just GA, look at the fees in the West or Mid West. It cost around $400 to bow hunt in Iowa or Ill.
VA is trying to raise the price of a non-res. Bear tag to $150.
The one thing I would like to see is a reciprocal price to those states, if it cost me $400 for a bow tag in Ill., VA or any other state should charge $400 to a Ill. resident in return.
GA non res. $300-GA res. hunting out of state=$300
