Never had any myself. How do you prepare them?

I'm not sure that we have them down here?? Never heard of anyone picking them....

they are great eatin ... and more than likely yall have em there ask around and keep ya eyes out for em while in the woods in the spring ... i dont know what the temps have been down where ya at but im guessin it wont be long at all and they will be comin up down there ......... as far as cookin there are many ways .... i like to sautee em in butter
