Stump - I have a buddy who went to Saskatchewan a few years ago and they (he and others buds) took some dandies. His was 165 - huge, heavy, long beamed basic frame 10. I will talk to him sometime this week and I will ask him the name.
Personally, I have always said that I would not pay that kind of jing for a whitetail. I typically go out west for elk. (but those 250-300# brusiers are mighty tempting!!)
Also, a good friend of mine runs Andy Myers Lodge in Ontario. They have private and Crown land that is hunted and the deer camp is called "Tall Tine Outfitters". Steve has some really good leases of land and some private that some of his guides own or have family that own. This is near Dryden (actually Verm Bay). Do a search on these and inquire more. I will be up there in July fishing and will be doing an elk hunt with him late this fall. They typically take some really quality animals there too. Not sure if you saw the photo of the HUGE buck illegally taken up there this year?,,,pretty close to some of his leased land :-)

Stump - I briefly talked to my buddy and he said the name of the outfitter was "All Terrain Outfitters". Not sure what town in Saskatchewan. I tried a brief search and could not find it, but give it a try...again, all in their group were very happy, and several others have returned a few times and scored big. My understanding is that the outfitter moves around as animal popluation/pattersn dictate.
You may want to post this topic on the "Big Game" board, as several people from various provinces frequent that board.
