I went out shed hunting today. No luck but, Kick up 5 deer from their bedding area! I am so happy! I have been trying to find where they are bedding down in this new area for me. There must of been 3 dozen " beds" in the snow. The snow has only been on the ground a few days too!. Trails everywhere in and out of this area along a creek. I cannot wait to hunt this spot this coming up season. Also saw a momma and her two pups made it thru the season. They were crossing the road and i stopped and watch them for about 5 minutes. It was like we were having a stare down on the side of the road, these 3 deer were under my stand or across the field from me just about nightly. I can' t wait till September!!!!!!AAAHHHHHHH.....

Samething here they haven' y dropped yet but at this time is great to get out to plan for the upcoming season.the guys said that they have been dropping their sheds up by Silver Bay at the end of Dec.When do they start dropping in your area?My daughter was on the school bus on her way home one day and they all seen a bull moose by our property,so I' ve been trying to look to see if they have dropped too.Now a shed from a moose would be cool to find.

ya i wish i could find a match set of deer sheds let alone moose set. way to go

Im really going to take shed hunting seriouse this year, most years i go out but not all that much but this spring im going out alot and am going to find some horns.
