Default Question About Illinois and CWD

I heard there are two confirmed cases of CWD in Western Ill. does anyone know exactly where? I also heard the state is going to do what Wisconson did or is doing, shooting everything in a certain area. Is this true or just hear say?

There is only one confirmed case in northern IL, northwest of Rockford.

There was a suspected case near Tremont (close to Peoria), but I just read in the Sunday Peoria paper that the test came back negative. Here is where you can get the latest info from the dnr:
