My Dad and myself will be traveling to Logan county. We were fortunate enough to get permission to hunt a large farm up there. Our trip is planned for Nov 4-13. Do you guys think we will hit the heavy pre rut? This Alabama boy can'thardly sleep thinking of what may be there.

the weather has turned seasonally cool here in ohio,,,you should expect temps from 30's night to 40's low 50's days, the scrape and rub activity has really picked up on my farm, I live about 2 hrs east of logan. In my area the rut gets going strong between nov 12-18

If you are from Alabama just remember it gets cold up here. Those days are perfect for staying on stand all day as the big boys chase all day. You want to make sure your feet and hands stay warm.

The first two weeks of Nov is the best time to hunt whitetails in Ohio !
Logan is very hunting spot ! they harvest 1,893 deers last year !
