We need to get a frost also. The foilage is still really thick.
My property is on the bluff east of the golf course on Asbey Rd.and north of 3 mile.
We will take 6 deer each year andat least one nice buck.

Noticed alot more scrapes & rubs in the timber this week and I caught these two cruising throught the timber. I dont know if the big boys are starting yet but the young ones are starting to show signs of rut.

I just got back from 3 days of Bowhunting in Brown County Illinois and we were able to rattle in several different bucks... scrapes and rubs everywhere.... I had a 2 yr old 6 pointer ( not a shooter ) chaseing doe's at a full run all around me.

Starting to see a few scrapes. Got a nice 9pt on camera on one scrape. Id say end of next week should start getting fun.
