IOWA OUTFITTING business INVESTOR/PARTNER WANTED
Hello I was looking for an investment for around $90,000 This investment would go toward a 80 acre farm in Union county Iowa with a cabin.I will have access to just over a 1000 acres to hunt on.My goal is to have around 2000 to 3000 of huntable land.I want to offer a high quality hunt. I dont want to have land that is over hunted so my goal is to have around 35 hunters a season. This area is known for some real giant bucks.For more details please semd me a PMPLEASE SERIOUS INVESTORS ONLY!!!!

The farm in Union co. Iowa is 80 acres with a cabin and is surrounded by awesome properties with very little hunting pressure and some real Giants there as well!! To start with I will have just over a 1000 acres to lease there also!!
