Yes, thats right. 800 thousand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $75 an acre! If I had the money I would buy that move up there, and make become a hunting guide with my own buisness

The listing is a little deceiving. The 10,000 acres is not for sale, you lease the rights to hunt on it. For $800,000 you would be buying the lodge and guide service, not 10,000 deeded acres. Not to mention there is a high fence operation as part of it.

read the fine print and remember if it is to good to be true it is also they promote and host canned hunting thaere according to the add would you really want anything to do with that i'll pass , new york state lic. guide, tom baker
