Ole Snuffy and I headed out to the woods this afternoon to look for some sheds. We walked and walked, never seen so much sign, rubs everywhere, scrapes and droppings. but never found a shed until we stepped out into a field. Then found 3 right off the bat. Was out for 2 hours, but it was worth it.

Lets see some pics of those things Johnny B. I went this weekend and the same thing I walked for 1 hour and picked up 3 sheds. Then I walked 4 hours and found nothing the rest of the day. It is strange how that works. I am up to 9 total sheds for the year. What about everyone else are you finding any??

I hate how it takes all those hours of walkin, but those squirrels seem to find them wwwaaayyy easier than us. Maybe someone should try and train one? I'm still seein a lot of one antlered deer running around. I was hoping to get started this week. good finds johnny b.

well you got me goin. I walked yesterday for a lil over 5 hours. I found two from last year that were just stubs from the squirrels. I found two small ones from this year, and three dead ones. two of the dead ones were small. Unfortunatly this one wasn't, it's a shame when good ones go down. he wasn't far from a black top road, maybe about 40 to 50 yards off of it so I wonder if he didn't get hit by a car. I hope these pictures are not too big.
