this is my first year bowfishin.ive been reading this forum for a couple months and boy there is a lot of good info on here thats helped me a bunch. heres a few pics so far this year.

yeah theres a bunch of em in the canal ive been hunting. i lost one prolly 4 ft long. shot it kinda low and actually got it on the bank half way. when i went to drag it the rest of the way out i grabbed the arrow and it pulled right out and off he went. ive prolly shot 6 gar outta the same area. thanks for the comments

Wow, nice start to your...career...addiction...? And welcome to the site.

Where are you from? We're having a bunch of shoots this year you're more than welcome to come to. Can't have too many bowfishermen (or women) at the lakes we're shooting. Nice grassies too, btw. I have yet to shoot one.

hey guy, i can tell by the jun shirt that you are close to me. there's several of us carpenters that shoot together on a regular basis around the riverbend area, if your interested in taggin along sometime give me a shout!
