more pics!
The numbers are tallied up....

Sam Wood and James Powless take first with 215 carp. Jeremy Leu, Larry Sims and Brian Ball take second with 173 carp. Great job guys. Way to put in the time.

Third place was taken by Indiana shooters Dave Lubbenhusen and Mark Gill. They also got the big fish. A ten pound carp worth 430.00

There were plenty of door prizes and Gander bucks were given to 6th, 7th and 8th places.

Thanks again to everybody. The event was a huge success and it will only get bigger!
Lake cleanup.

1094 destructive exotic invasives removed from Clinton Lake. We had fun, and the lake is that much better off.
That's 2.5 tons of carp!
We had Gail, a local wildlife rehabilitator, come out and take some fish for her raptor rescue group. We'll be sending plenty of fish out to her and her colleagues.

If you're talking about the Central Illinois Rough Fish Control Unit (
), It's a 16' long 8' wide three pontoon boat. It has a 25hp Honda four stroke and a 55# thrust Minn Kota, fed by a Kopter converter. Ten halogen lights, 225 watt GE ultra bulbs. Anda 3000 watt honda clone generator.
It's a great boat for fun and introducing newbies, not quite fast enough for a tournament boat.
You can find out more about them at: http://www.boatdesigndirectory.com/detail/4206.htm

Thanks Sniper! My wife and I have thought about getting a pontoon boat for bowfishing because we don't tourney shoot but all the ones I've seen here are too big. Can I ask what it cost?
