Thanks Bulzeye,
Ripped it all out yesterday. And installed 12 gauge stranded. Put in heaver fuse and toggle switch. Will be getting out this weekend some how for a test run. I used an old set of jumper cables for the wire between the two batteries. Just have to get a proper clamp for them. Plus I added one more light to the front right. So that gives me 5 in total. I read and read the package the lights came in. And unless it is in code could not find any amps or wattage anywhere. Well thats about it for now. It is 5 am and I am waiting on my buddy to go chase a long beard for the last morning. Are you going to the Rend lake shoot next weekend?. We are going down on friday night to big head land for an all night friday shoot. Sleep Saturday and drive up to Rend for Saturday. only 1 1/2 hours apart. So should be a pretty sleep deprived weekend for sure...

Update on lights.
The original light switch did not survive the night. In fact I did not get to use it one time. I had it mounded through my swivle seat on my right, so I could just flip it on or off. Well any how my grand son was on the seat while launching the boat and must have swiveled too far and ripped the guts out of the switch. So To get through the night, I had to cut the clips off and just twist the wires together. Am going to stop and buy a car floor dimmer switch and mount in at my foot. To be continued

you may got to wal mart and get a big foot switch. they are made for marine use for trolling motors. I have one on mine. has a lever on the top for constant use. I realy like mine for bigheads. when you are in position draw back and hit it with your foot. they are like $10. glad to hear everything worked out.

Well let the weather man talk us out of going. Just did not feel like driving 1 1/2 hours one way to get rained out or blown off the lake. Any how stayed home. mounted the new foot switch and make a cover for battery compartment. Was pretty bummed out especially when we bought my son-in laws fishing license for Indiana already. Well I guess we just donanted $9 bucks to the state. They probably need it. Well not one fish in the boat for all the effort. But was nice getting set for next weekend. Bigheads, look out...Snuffy and I are on the way....
