Any suggestions on a good mt. lion hunt? State, outfitter, anything?

if you can draw a north western Montana tag there are some big cats in those regions and any outfitter has access to cat dogs. other wise look in to outfitters in Colorado, I heard that Rocky Mountain Outfitters is an all around good service that dose cat hunts. If your looking for anther state look into New Mexico they have a lot of cats, If I were to go on a cat hunt there I would go to New Mexico Trophy Hunts (W B Guide Service). I have Guided for five years, and over them years I have heard testimonials form a lot of different people and these are some of the outfitters and guide that I wrote down for future reference..

I can help on this one. We have been the number one producing mountain lion outfitter in the united states. Our northwest Montana area went to permits 3 years ago, but if you draw, you'll be taking home a cat. Everybody has for the last 18 years. In 2005, the last year before permits, we harvested 10 mountain lions in 9 days. Proof is in the pictures (as well as state required documentation).
