Sounds like you are looking at either Rangefinding Binoculars or Image Stabilizing Binoculars, both are fairy expensive as far as Bino's go. But if you want rangefinder bino's look at the Burris B-1500 that's about $650 or Leupold has a nice one for more called the RB800. If you want image stabilization I would reccomend the Burris - it has been around awhile, has a great warranty and has been getting good reviews - runs about $619
If you just want some good hunting bino's you'll have to define what you want to spend and what your going to be hunting.
Hope this helps you out.

I just got a pair of Nikon action 10-22x50mm for $95 shipped from ebay. They sell in cabela's for $169. They are awesome, I would not feel ripped-off if I would have paid $300 for them. They are extremely clear and the thumb zoom is great.

I bought some Nikon Monarch ATB 10X42 bino's last year for about $280 (had a $25 credit). I had been using cheap Bushnell's for years but wow, for the money these bino's are absolutely amazing! Well worth the money. Actually I need to send them in for repair because one of the ball bearing detents in the screw up eye cups fell out.....but hey, these bino's have a 25 year warranty. This minor hiccup won't make me loose faith.

I have a Tasco InFocus binocular, I love it. Cheap. Good for quick looks when you don't have time to fiddle with controls because that buck might be on you in a few seconds. Unfortunatley they're not made any more.

I have a Burris Landmark 8x32 for sale. Brand new in the box, all the paperwork. I took them in on a trade in a gun deal. I'm the one that cut the celophane to open them up. Nice bright image. I'll sell them for $125, shipping included. If you want to 'review' me, I'm on gunbroker.com as usmc1978. Haven't been on long, but have good feedback. I've been at the same table at the Massillon OH gun show for longer than I can remember. E-mail me at [email protected]
