Default Summit Quick Climb Stirrups

I bought a set for my Viper this year and do I ever like them, It makes climbing a great deal easier and you have alot more control of your platform part of the stand as you climb, One almost don't even need the bungee cord behind your boot to climb with and you never even have to bend down, just stick your foot in and climb away.

I liked them too. I actually set mine up to be as loose (on the bar) as possible so they'd be easy to slide up and down the bar. Slide it in (toward the tree) once you're up and you have more clear space to stand up in. I also have to slide mine that way to pack it up. But they work a lot better than straps.

Man, I love them! With me, up in a stand was very uncomfortable to have to bend down to put my feet in the stirrups. With these quick stirrips there is no bending down. Excellent design!

Of course, the stirrups came with my stand, but you can buy em' all day long @ summits website. I think they are $19.99

I want to thank all of you that replyed. Looks like I'll pick up a pair and try them in the late season here in Michigan. Ya, the straps are kind of difficult to get my feet in (especially with big boots) when I'm ready to come down. Thanks again for your replys.
