Default Mr Heater

I just bought the Mr Heater portable buddy to use for the Wisconsin firearms season and late bow season. It claims to be quiet and oder-free, is this true for whitetails? Will whitetails be able to detect any sound or sent? For the gun season it won't be as important, but for the late bow season this could pose a problem. I plan to use it in my portable stand, putting it under my seat then covering myself with a blanket to let the heat rise up. What do you think of this product?

Thanks for any information, good luck with the upcoming adventures into gods country!

Default RE: Mr Heater

I have the Big Buddy in my cabin for backup heat and they make noise (The pilot light is noisy), and if you put it under a blanket you will catch on fire!! I also have a coleman heater in my box blind and it is quiet.
