Leupold Boresighter ?
Has anyone ever used the Leupold magnetic boresighter and what do you think of this tool? I know that you still have to sight in the rifle at the range but is this tool worth the money?

I can't speak for the Leupold.I bought a Trashco Shot Saver and it was or is plain garbage.I'd have it dead on. I was lucky to keep it on the paper.Boresighter's get it close ,but as you said you'll still have to shoot it at the range.I don't think I would buy another boresighter.I would rather shoot a few more rounds to get it on.

I'm a gunsmith, have been for 30 years. These noresight tools are not worth the $$. Many, many people misunderstand the boresight and think that if you boresight they can hunt with it. Duh! Just take your gun to your 25 yd. mark shoot it and adjust. Save your $$$$.
