Default question about finding hogs

Ok, now when i go deer hunting I see hogs everywhere, now that i'm hunting for them i cant find em. I have been looking for tracks and where they have been rooting up the ground but cant spot one. Does anyone have any tricks, also when is the best time to hunt them...I'm in Georgia by the way. Thanks for any help

First go to a place or large track where you know hogs are suppose to be using. Then walk your butt off till you find fresh rootin, droppings or both...then look for the narrow hog trails and follow till you get to where they are going in to bed up. Now you can hunt them however you want...if you get a whiff of them...most likey they are real close or just left.

Keep the deer feeders going! Hogs also I found make a big circle miles if they were there they will be back. it may be a while. I keep 6 feeders going year round and i dig a deep hole and sink a 5 gallon bucket filled with sour gain with Apple cider they drink and eat it down as far as they can. and I fill it back once a week. I also found that if you go out hour or two before daylight I can here them grunt or squeal right before they go out feeding! kind a like coyotes howl before dark. I also sometimes smell them. I also hunt arrowheads and walk a lot but only 5-6 times in two years have I walked up on them by chance.

if none of this helps try eating some slop before going out and think like a hog! BE THE HOG!

look near creeks for sign or any water sources cause they love to wallow in the mud .alsolook forrubs on trees near the water where they rub against them and leave mud
