I wish we had hogs with that much Eurasian in them. That is a sweet looking hog Rebel Hog. I havent seen any in my part with that much of a ridge back.

from my experence the more russian you got in a hog the meaner it is. or at least to the dogs, i've caught fairly big swamp hogs that didn't give me near the hassle that a 250lb mostly russian usually does, and the dogs ain't scared of them at all. i like the mostly russian bred hogs the best for hunting more adrenaline packed cause ya know he's goinna come at ya if he gets half a chance. just my 2 cents worth though.

No young, I have never seen a hog with a hoof like that. Looks like something
went wrong with the Swine gene in that herd.
I have some curl up's like those. I am more cautiousof a hog with straight
tusks as the one's in the picture above. They will kill a dog in a second and
try to run between your legs and slice them open.
