Can't beat Marlin for a quality lever action rifle. They've always had an excellent rep. too, for customer service.

I HAVE ONLY ONE MARLIN. A VERY OLD BUT NICE 39A GOLDEN. BUT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT, I MAY HAVE TO TRY THEM MORE OFTEN.

Ruger also has very good customer service. The forend on my #1 cracked by the action and only using it for one month out of the year, I kept forgetting to send it in. It was cracked for about 4 years when I called them. I sent it in and very shortly I got it back with a new matched and fitted forend with new front and rear sight (I took them off for a scope) and they even put a new falling block in. They didn't charge me a dime.

I was very pleased with Rugers customer service and speed.
