New England Arms-Slugs?

Yes, I used a 12ga NEF to take a doe a few years back. They are not the most accurate guns, however depending on the situation they are more than adequate. In my case I was fortunate to stalk to less than 15yds of a doe that was bedded in the snow, so the accuracy wasn't much of an issue. I would think you would be fine out to 40-60 yds though.

I had no problems with the 12 gauge rifled slug out to 100 yards. It still kept the fat chunk of lead within 4 inches out to that distance. I am thinking of using sabot slugs in the rifled bull barrel. It should be good out to 150 yards.
