If you amortize the cost of a new rifle, shotgun, whatever over the life of it, I'm sure it's no more any the cost of a soda a week. $1.25 x 52 x 50 yrs = the cost of a several really nice guns.

Metro, First you tell the little lady you need a gun safe to secure your firearms against the increasing breakins near your home. Out of sight, out of mind. This works well for a few years until you tell her you need another safe. Than your on your own.

My advice is don't teach her how real shoot well.She's liable to use it on you when you bring a couple more rifles home.I had that problem way back.Now she's gone, the rifles and I have been living happier ever since.

Try this: Well honey its a case of ballistics & trajectories and it's a case of " I just don't have that covered ". If B*llsh*t dosn't baffle brains say " Whoops I thought you said OK ".
