wifes gun is a Remington 7600 pump,243 caliber,just list the one you will be pulling the trigger on, name yours please just curous..thanks for input...:)..

I switch around a lot, but most of my hunting this fall will be done with a Tikka .308

mauser k98 in 30.06...just sighted the new scope in today cant wait! another shooting session and sighting in with the bullets im hunting with and i will be ready!

Picking up my new Tikka .308 on Tuesday. Got a Redfield 3x9 I'm going to try on it.
If I don't like it I guess I'll use my 30-30 Imp. again.

I am going to have some fun this year. I plan on using my 1936 Savage 99 in 300 Savage caliber with an old Redfield reciever sight. I need to put the challenge back into it and &quot;hunt&quot; one up instead of using my scoped 7mm mag. <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

I couldnt begin to say. i will take several guns to camp and just pick the one that meets my needs for the day.

I might use a .222 Rem. Mag if the deer are small this year.

Browning BAR LWT chambered in .308 WIN. If the circumstances are right later in the year I hope to harvest a deer with my .44 mag encore.

Wife will be using Remington Seven in 7mm-08, unless her Puruvian Mauser 98 in .25-06 is ready.

Don't know yet, depends on how I feel. Most likely 96 Swedesh mauser, Remington 700 .308, or a 8mm Persian Mauser 98.

I will be using my savage 99a in 250-3000 for rifle season in Pa. I will use a T/C firestorm in 50 cal for Pa late flintlock season. In Ny I will use a T/C greyhawk in 54 cal for their ML and regular seasons and in Canada I will be using a rem 700 classic in 350 rem mag for Moose.

The issue was in doubt,for a while,but I made up my mind this morning,at the Range. The Krag sits in the rack and the Winchester '94 (30/30) goes out with me Opening Day.
