I am trying to find out more info on Remington's laminated stocks. Does anybody know who makes them for Remington. They use a laminated stock on there LSS model 700 and a beautiful laminated thumbhole stock on their Mod 7 LSS Mag a few years back and I wanted to see if that company makes them for a Model 700 DM. When I asked Remington they could not tell me. A bit a of a long shot but I thought somebody on this forum might know! Thanks

johnch, I am not arguing with you cause I don't know but lamination of wood has been done since the invention of clocks. I think they used them for the gearing. Surprised to find out that a gun stock in lamination could be patented.
