1400 winchester w/ 1300 slug barrel?

1400 winchester w/ 1300 slug barrel?
Wondering if anybody knows how well a 1300 slug barrel will work on a 1400 semi-auto. I know Winchester never made a rifled slug barrel for 1400, and I also know that gas ports have to be drilled in the 1300 barrel for the feed system to work. Trying to find out if anyone has any experience with this setup or know of a setup like this.

As you know the 1300 is a pump and the 1400 is a auto . IMO if you drill in the port(s) in the right spot and angle it should work. I would have a gun smith or machinist do it . EDM the port(s) would be better . If you drill the port ,I would try 1 or 2 drill sizes small to start and see if the gun works . You can allways redrill with a larger bit ,harder to put the steel back .
