Could be caused for many reasons but most likely one of three reasons. One you are releasing your shots at different points in your beathing pattern (mostly verticle). Secondly jerking the trigger (dianglular). Or thirdly your rifles point of impact is moving as the barrel heats up.
To correct the first take 3 deep breaths and after the third release about half of your breath than pause and slowly squeaze the trigger. Do this consistantly for all shots in your grouping. Be sure not to hold your breath to long or you will lose your steady aim.
To correct jerking of the trigger slowly squeeze the trigger with your finger tip. The shot going off should almost be a suprize.
To confirm the last cause the try waiting longer between shots (about 2-3 mins. ) to allow the barrel to cool between shots.
I suspect most likely the third reason.
