Part of where I hunt in VA is shotgun or muzzleloader only. I just use the muzzleloader all season. It is accurate enough for me out to any range I want to use it. If you don't have a modern muzzleloader with decent optics and plenty of info about your bullet trajectory, then I guess you need a flat shooting rifle.

I don't know that I consider myself lucky, but I'd say more privaledged to live in a state that's not so over populated or just so stupid in general that it limits your weapon choices that far.

My concern with this post is the fact that it's coming off that it's my fault I get to use a rifle and you don't, to which I believe you know what I've got to say, one of those LIP and cheek things....
