I voted for Swarovski, but only because I could not mark 2. Zeiss and Swarovski are a great route to go. The 30mm tube Kahles and the top ends of the Leupold are too.

For flat out value - Zeiss Conquest. IMHO it is hands down the best value out there right now.

The favorite that I have? Swarovski 1.5x6-42mm, 30mm tube. Perfect for the style of hunting I do here in the deep south ... mostly woods with some open fields in the 200 yard range.

For my 300WSM Zeiss conquest, for my Weatherby Ultra light Zeiss Conquest. I had a chance to hunt with an editor which had several scopes to look through out in the field. For my eyes, the conquest hands down. Beat out Swaro, Kaheles, and Leupold. Add in the fact that its relatively light, I see no reason to look at any current scopes out there. I am still looking for an european scope to match the weight of a leupy ultra light though

The Nightforce NXS is superior to scopes of any price, if performance and durability are what is required.

Leupold is my choice. M4 8-25X50 on the 40X, VX=III on the rest. Also have a olderschmidt & Bender that is pretty sweet too.
