i have a remington 700 custom deluxe in 300rum .whick scope would you advise for shooting out to 500 yds? [8D]

ive used a lot of different scopes in my life but i have found that you can not beat a good ol' Luepold on any type of rifle .............

So basically if u could take the basic calibres and make a post I thought that that would be a great type of poll.
I also don't have the time to make it so I was just putting in ideas on poll types.

Really! You list a couple of scopes that can only be afforded by the elite, Swarovski and Zeiss, another manufacturer that has basically been non existent for the past 5 years, Redfield, but don't list two of the best manufacturers of quality affordable midrange scopes in Burris and Nikon? I have a pair of Fullfield II 3x9 scopes with the Ballistiplex reticle because they were a good scope for a great deal (under $200 including a compact spottiing scope or now a set of 8x32 binoculars). I have been happy with them so far.
