Super RedHawk 44 mag Best Ammo?
I just purchased a Ruger Super RedHawk 44 mag ss 7.5" for $425 tax included, slightly used in good condition. What is the best round for hunting deer.

Probably anyones full-power (vice the medium velocity loadings) 240 grain JHP will fill the tag...a few like Federal's 180 JHP at 1650+ fps, but I'd personally avoid a direct shoulder shot with it.

240gr JHP would be about the best choice and you can take the shoulder shot if you like that. the 180gr i wouldnt take the shoulder shot with. the 240 would probably exit, i dont know abou tthe 180 though
