Quilly,

Are you talking about 5 shot clips, instead of 8 shot, for your M-1 Garand? If you are, Brownells' has them I think, and maybe Dillons at http://www.bluepress.com

If you are looking for M1 en-block clips, try cheaperthandirt.com, brownells.com, or midway.com. I'm sure one or all will have them.

You can usually find them at gunshows for a couple fo $'s a piece.

Fulton armory has them for about $5. http://www.fulton-armory.com/

You can also make your own if you have a dremel tool or hacksaw. There are plans for them on the internet, I've seen them before.

briman..

just got your booklet on the M1 garand. i do appreciate it !!! i always wondered how you do unload the M1 now i know.

i bought 3 of the 5 shot clips from them. i was also told from someone on another site to sand down the black color and paint them orange or another distinct color so if i needed the 5 shots ( which i very usually use more than 1 ) i will be able to find the clip in the swamp/ leaves on the ground.

LOL, that's a great idea. I just use the standard enblocs for hunting as they are legal in my state, the day that I have to fire off an entire clip at a deer is the day I quit hunting.
