Ring Lapping Kit

Who makes a ring lapping kit? Brownells sells the Scope Aignment Rods, and the Scope Ring Alignment Lap separately; should I go this way instead? Thanks in advance.

You almost need both. I got both. Did it make a difference? I don't know. I feel better anyway.
