Which one is better, the tikka t3 or browning bar stainless stalker?

I too was considering these 2 and asked my friend who travels the country and shoots in competitions. He says browning barrel quality is not what it use to be while tikka barrel quality is top notch. I ordered my 7MM Mag yesterday

I prefer the t-3

The Browning is a good solid production rifle but the Tikka is better and offers guaranteed accuracy.
