Default Sako/Tikka

I am really looking at these two guns and was wanting some opinions about them. Is either better than the other, which shoots better, etc. Anything about them will be a big help. Also, Does anyone know if either Sako or Tikka will make a 7mm or 300 short action ultra mag??

Both have the same barrels and same accuracy guarentee (MOA). Both are really nice rifles, I traded in my Browning A-bolt this summer for my Tikka Whitetail hunter and couldn' t be happier.

A week ago thursday i recieved a early XMAS present . A Tikka T-3 Light blue/synthitic in .300 WSM it sighted in great with a 1st group going into a ragged clover leaf it has a great action and the trigger was 3 1/2 out of the box which i truned down to 2lb with out a lawyer or gunsmith. This is the best out of the box gun I have ever had and you can even order it from WAL Mart . for 428.00 and it comes with rings and sling swivels. again I LOVE THIS GUN

when I sighted the gun in I was in a short sleeve t-shirt shooting off bench rest and it is noticable that way but the gun has a nice recoil pad and in normal hunting clothes its not that noticable. I would rate it some where between a 30-06 and a regular .300 win mag. And also remember this is a light weight rifle 6 1/2 without scope.
