Go to http://huntingquebec.forumactif.com
Then go to Arme A Feu section
and to post" 270wsm" and look at 5th reply by Black Powder and take a look at what happened to a Sako action, a "little" quality control problem
I don't think I will shoot beside some guy with a Sako

Yep, pretty old news. Most Sako owners, like myself, are quite happy with their rifles and are not deterred from using them because of this incident.

Just like a couple of dumbass frogs. Probably the first time he ever fired it, took that long to build up the courage to shoot it. They don't really like shooting, ESPECIALLY when under siege!!!

I overheard a guy wanting a new replacement Tikka because his had blown up. That had to be a year or more ago and I don't know what caliber he had. He reloads so he may have wondered if he loaded too hot. He was cut above one eye and had his right hand bandaged although he didn't seem too hurt. I hope he got a Sako out of the deal! I have two Tikkas, one is a T3 in .243, and one is a 695 in 30-06. They are both good guns although I find the 695 doesn't fit me all that well. I'd buy another Tikka or Sako anyday.
Trailer, that was at CWS that the guy got the Tikka from.
